uber partnered with race you home to create a testimonial film exploring inclusive leadership and modern management practices. the project focused on challenging one-size-fits-all approaches to leadership — highlighting the importance of recognizing individual strengths, communication styles, and paths to success. leaders shared reflections on learning to show up authentically, rather than forcing themselves into prescribed personality types, and the impact that shift had on both performance and belonging.
through real scenarios and conversations, the film illustrates how inclusion functions as a driver of high performance — not a nice-to-have. moments of feedback, support, and adaptive management show how leaders can meet people where they are, whether through personalized learning plans or flexible communication. the result is a grounded, practical exploration of leadership rooted in empathy, intelligence, and trust — reinforcing the idea that great minds think different, and great leadership makes space for that difference.
